Kara received her certification from Academy of Reflexology and Health Therapy International located in Indianapolis, Indiana and NMT Midwest in Champaign, Illinois. She is also certified in CPR and has studies in anatomy, physiology, biology, microbiology and chemistry at IUPUI Indianapolis.
